TCI is working to keep its public website, application, payment path, and member materials usable with keyboards, screen readers, browser zoom, and other assistive technology. This statement is a support commitment, not a claim that every page or third-party service meets a particular conformance level.
Request assistance or report a barrier
Email admissions@thecontractorinstitute.com with the page or document, the problem encountered, the assistive technology or browser if relevant, and the format or assistance you need. Do not include passwords or sensitive financial information. We will respond with an accessible alternative or remediation plan when reasonably possible.
Current safeguards
The site uses semantic headings and labels, visible focus, keyboard-operable controls, text alternatives for meaningful images, descriptive errors, a skip link, responsive layouts, and HTML equivalents for core course documents where available. Automated checks are supplemented by flow testing because automated results alone do not establish accessibility.
