Electronic Communications Consent

By selecting the electronic-consent checkbox and submitting an application, you agree that The Contractor Institute may provide your application decision, agreements, policy notices, payment and enrollment confirmations, account notices, support updates, program records, and other transaction-related communications electronically.
Delivery
Electronic records may be delivered by email, through the secure member portal, or by a link to a record you can view and save. Keep your email address current and check spam or filtering settings. A communication is considered delivered when sent to the address you supplied or posted to your active portal, subject to applicable law.
Hardware and software
You need a current web browser, internet access, a working email account, and software capable of viewing HTML and PDF files. You must be able to download or print records for your files. Submitting the form confirms that you can access this page and the linked policies electronically.
Paper copies and withdrawal
You may request a paper copy or withdraw consent for future electronic records by emailing admissions@thecontractorinstitute.com. Include your name and application number. Withdrawal does not invalidate records already delivered and may require us to use another delivery method before continuing enrollment or services.
Updating your information
Email admissions when your email address changes. We may still provide a record on paper or through another lawful method when appropriate.
